The Civil Law Department consists of a team of professionals who have accrued a great experience in contentious as well as in non-contentious activities.
The attorneys-at-law Marta Calderoni e Gabriele Alfonzetti together with of Counsel Silvia Garavaglia (an attorney admitted for defense before the Supreme Court) operate in a wide range of civil law areas, assisting companies as well as private individuals.
In particular, thanks to the integration of legal skills of the three lawyers, accrued in various and complementary professional contexts, the team offers supports to PMI in ordinary and in extraordinary legal management regarding internal issues as well as the relations with the third parties supplying a variety services starting from basic contractual counselling to go on with handling of the most sophisticated litigations and credit recoveries.
The department supplies its assistance in field of real estate, offering its support to private individuals as well as to professionals counselling starting from the real estate projects developing, extending its activity to negotiations process, stipulation of acquisition contracts, administration and financing issues regarding any type of industrial or commercial real estate.
And finally, the department has all the necessary expertise to handle the civil and medical responsibility cases, car accidents, marriage crisis management, mediations in field of spouses’ separations and divorces, child custodies, de facto cohabitations as well as inheritance issues.

Criminal Law and Administrative liability of Entities pursuant ex d.lgs. 231/2001
The Criminal Law department consists of a team of young professionals with numerous years of contentious and non-contentious experience.
The attorneys-at-law Barbara Belloni , operate in all areas of Criminal Law, representing and defending companies as well as private individuals.
Thanks to the strong expertise acquired during previous working experience, the team assits companies in field of administrative responsibility of legal entities pursuant to D.Lgs. 231/2001, elaborating Organizational Models, supplying educational services as well as participating in Supervisory Bodies.
Moreover, the assistance of the companies extends to the field of security at work, also in relation to the functions delegation, as well as to all the problems related to the Criminal Commercial Law sphere and its litigation aspects.
Besides the activities performed in favour of the companies, the department offers contentious and extrajudicial support to natural persons, involved in traditional criminal law situations such as crimes, felonies and offences against private property, public administration, etc., as well as those of more specific fields such as tax and medical liability criminal offences.
In particular, the clients are assisted starting from the phase of preliminary investigation, including the preventive ones, following all the procedural phases and, eventually, during the sentence enforcement phase.
And the last but not the least, the department has accrued a particular expertise in field of Immigrational Law. The team advices on Entry issues and living permits in Italy, assisting clients in bureaucratic filling process, representing them before competent police and prefectures bodies as well as in judicial proceedings before Regional Administrative Courts.
The Labour Law is the area of expertise of the attorney-at-law Alessandra Rovescalli, a young professional with a ten years’ experience matured exclusively in field of Labour Law. Thanks to the accrued professionalism Alessandra assists her clients both in contentious and non-contentious Labour Law cases.
On one hand, the Companies (small, middle as well as big listed ones) are being assisted at 360°. In particular in following areas: (i) drafting of labour contracts (for ex. subordinate or autonomous), (ii) assistance in disciplinary proceedings (for ex. drafting disciplinary claims and/or of the disciplinary ruling), (iii) consulting and assistance of HR departments in relation to personnel management (for ex. in regards to work schedule, vacations ad parental leaves), (iv) drafting of policies (for ex. against work place harassments).
Furthermore, the Companies are being supported in: (a) in negotiations with trade unions; (b) in individual (dismissal for just cause or for justificative objective reason) as well as in collective dismissals, (c) drafting of integrative corporate agreements (in field of welfare and conciliation of personal life time and work time, parental support, detaxation of productive bonuses), as well as individual ones on Flexible work.
On the other hand, natural persons also get a professional support, for example: managers on study and revision of employment contracts and/or of the non-compete agreements and in evaluation of the stock option plans.
