Gabriele Alfonzetti has graduated from the Catholic University of Milan and is admitted to Milan BAR Association since 2013.

Before co-founding the Legal Network LexAlliance, he collaborated with some high-profile legal boutiques, where he has accrued a wide experience in Civil Law, both contentious and non-contentious.

His main areas of activity are Real Estate, civil and medical responsibility, Banking Law and credit recovery in favour of companies as well as for private individuals.

In quality of Publishing Journalist and expert in Road Rules Code Gabriele collaborates as a consultant with engines columns of magazines “Il Giornale” and “Il Giorno”.

Gabriele is fluent in English and French.

Barbara Belloni has graduated from Milano State University and is admitted to Milan BAR Association since 2012.

Before joining the Legal Network LexAlliance, Barbara has collaborated at a high-profile Law firm where she has had an opportunity to assist important national and international companies as well as to work on highly important criminal proceedings.

She is mainly engaged in field of Criminal Commercial law and white-collar crimes, with a particular focus on property criminal offences, tax workplace security, environment and public administration crimes. Besides that Barbara works in counselling in field of administrative responsibility of legal entities pursuant to D.Lgs. 231/2001 taking an active part in Supervisory Bodies.

Barbara is also widely engaged in charity and pro-bono projects, collaborates with an anti-violence association protecting women – victims of all kinds of abuse.

Barbara speaks English fluently.

 

Marta Calderoni has graduated from Milan State University with the highest honors and is admitted to Milan BAR Association since 2016.

She has co-founded the Legal Network LexAlliance, contributing her experience accrued in field of Civil Law, both contentious and non-contentious.

Her main areas of activity are the Family Law, inheritance and inheritance divisions, real estate lease and rent, movables and real estate enforcement proceedings.

Marta teaches a course named “Juridical Profiles and Contractual Aspects of Sport” at LIUC – University of Carlo Cattaneo. She also assists Prof. Fiorenzo Festi during exam sessions of Private Law and Civil Law.

Marta is monocratic component of the Supervisory Body of ICAF S.r.l.

Silvia Garavaglia has graduated from the Milan State University in 1993 and is admitted to Milan BAR Association since 1997. Since 2014 she is qualified for defense before the Supreme Court of Italy.

She cooperates as of Counsel with the Legal Network LexAlliance, contributing with her precious experience accrued in field of Civil Law and Commercial Law, both contentious (litigation, precautionary, arbitration) as well as non-contentious. Silvia gives her legal advice in field of corporate operations, drafts legal opinions and transfer contracts, among other, of movables and real estate assets.

Silvia is an expert in field of Civil Law with a particular focus on Commercial and Corporate Law, Real Estate, Environment and Energy, besides of Credit Recovery cations in favour of her national and international Clients.

Silvia cooperates since 2001 with Family Law, Private Law Institutions and Civil Law Departments of the Law Faculty of the University of Studies of Insubria.

Silvia is fluent in English and French and has a discrete knowledge of Spanish.

 

 

 

Alessandra Rovescalli graduated with the highest honors from Milan State University and has been a member of Milan Bar Association since 2013. 

Before joining the Legal Network LexAlliance in 2019, Alessandra collaborated with high profile law firms specialized in Labor Law; mostly assisting managers, small and middle-sized Italian companies, as well as multinational organizations.

Her area of activity is Labor Law. Alessandra supports employers and employees in complex phases of employment relationships and/or during its resolution (for example dismissal challenge). Furthermore, Alessandra advises managers (for example on drafting and negotiations of contracts and/or agreements) as well as companies (including listed ones) in personnel management issues and defends them during litigation cases.

Passionate about Anti-Discrimination Law, Alessandra has contributed to numerous publications, in particular, on the topic of equal opportunities. She delivers courses on labor and anti-discrimination law. 

In 2023, she was nominated by Board members of Milan Bar Association as a member of the Employment Law Committee. She is also an elected member of the Equal Opportunities Committee of Milan Bar Association. 

 

 

Andrea Nai graduated from Sacred Heart Catholic University of Milano majoring in criminal law and criminology in January 2021 with a dissertation in juvenile criminal law, focusing on the issue of juvenile penitentiary execution in the perspective of the implementation of Legislative Decree n. 121/2018.

She collaborates with attorneys-at-law Barbara Belloni and Lorenzo Castiglioni, focusing her activity on criminal law and administrative liability of legal entities pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2021, cases.

Andrea is a registered trainee at the Milan Bar Association since February 2021, admitted to the hearings’ substitution since November 2021.

Andrea is fluent in English.

 

 

 

Andrea Fiumalbi is a last year law student at Sapienza University of Rome.

Andrea collaborates with attorneys-at-law Barbara Belloni and Lorenzo Castiglioni since October 2019, handling on their behalf the paperwork issues at the various court offices as well as managing paralegal activities within the Law Firm.
