Gabriele Alfonzetti has graduated from the Catholic University of Milan and is admitted to Milan BAR Association since 2013.

His main areas of activity are Real Estate, civil and medical responsibility, Banking Law and credit recovery in favour of companies as well as for private individuals.

Barbara Belloni

Barbara Belloni graduated from the University of Milan and has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2012. She has been registered with the Bar Association of Cassation Lawyers, i.e. qualified to practise before the higher courts, since 2024.

Before joining the LexAlliance legal network, she worked at a high-level law firm, where she had the opportunity to assist well-known national and international companies and to follow highly important cases.

She mainly deals with corporate Criminal law (with particular reference to property crimes, tax crimes, workplace safety crimes, environmental crimes and crimes against the public administration) and provides consultancy services on the administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, in which capacity she participates in numerous Supervisory Bodies.

He provides pro bono services to a non-profit association that protects women who are victims of violence of all kinds.

He is a member of the Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Commission and head of the Equal Opportunities Study Group of AGAM (Association of Young Lawyers of Milan).

He speaks and writes fluent English.

Marta Calderoni has graduated from Milan State University with the highest honors and is admitted to Milan BAR Association since 2016.

She has co-founded the Legal Network LexAlliance, contributing her experience accrued in field of Civil Law, both contentious and non-contentious.

Her main areas of activity are the Family Law, inheritance and inheritance divisions, real estate lease and rent, movables and real estate enforcement proceedings.

Marta teaches a course named “Juridical Profiles and Contractual Aspects of Sport” at LIUC – University of Carlo Cattaneo. She also assists Prof. Fiorenzo Festi during exam sessions of Private Law and Civil Law.

Marta is monocratic component of the Supervisory Body of ICAF S.r.l.

Silvia Garavaglia

Silvia Garavaglia has graduated from the Milan State University in 1993 and is admitted to Milan BAR Association since 1997. Since 2014 she is qualified for defense before the Supreme Court of Italy.

She cooperates as of Counsel with the Legal Network LexAlliance, contributing with her precious experience accrued in field of Civil Law and Commercial Law, both contentious (litigation, precautionary, arbitration) as well as non-contentious. Silvia gives her legal advice in field of corporate operations, drafts legal opinions and transfer contracts, among other, of movables and real estate assets.

Silvia is an expert in field of Civil Law with a particular focus on Commercial and Corporate Law, Real Estate, Environment and Energy, besides of Credit Recovery cations in favour of her national and international Clients.

Silvia cooperates since 2001 with Family Law, Private Law Institutions and Civil Law Departments of the Law Faculty of the University of Studies of Insubria.

Silvia is fluent in English and French and has a discrete knowledge of Spanish.

Alessandra Rovescalli

Alessandra Rovescalli graduated with honours from the University of Milan and has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2013. She is also a member of AGI (https://www.giuslavoristi.it/socio/3785/rovescalli-alessandra).

Before joining the LexAlliance legal network in March 2019, lawyer Rovescalli worked with leading law firms specialising in labour law, assisting executives, small and medium-sized Italian companies and foreign multinationals in particular.

Her area of expertise is employment law, assisting small and medium-sized enterprises with the aim of preventing labour disputes, as well as supporting workers in the event of illness or termination of employment (e.g. for challenging dismissal). In particular, lawyer Rovescalli assists executives.

Passionate about anti-discrimination law, Ms Rovescalli has authored numerous publications, particularly on the subject of equal opportunities.

Since 2023, she has been a member appointed by the Milan Bar Council to the Labour Law Commission, as well as an elected member of the Equal Opportunities Committee of the Milan Bar Council.

Dr Federica Parziale graduated in law from the “Luigi Bocconi” University in Milan and is registered in the register of qualified trainee solicitors in Milan.

During her university years, she gained two work experiences, one at the Milan Juvenile Court and the second at a well-known Milanese law firm, where she studied compliance and privacy issues in depth. She has obtained ECDL Full Standard, DELE level B2 and IELTS certification.

Before joining the LexAlliance legal network, working with Barbara Belloni, she practised law at an international law firm, gaining experience in the field of cybercrime.

She mainly deals with corporate criminal law (with particular reference to property crimes, tax crimes, and crimes against the public administration) and provides consulting services on the administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.

Alessia Mantegazza

Alessia Mantegazza graduated from the University of Milan Bicocca in October 2024 with a thesis in commercial criminal law, which specifically explored the issue of corporate liability for crimes relating to occupational health and safety.

She has been enrolled in the register of the Trainee Lawyer of the Milan Bar Association since November 2024. Since then she has been working with Lawyer Barbara Belloni, with whom she deals with corporate criminal law, advising companies on 231 matters and creating Organization and Management Models. During her internship, she also had the opportunity to participate in several extradition proceedings.

In May 2025 she registered as lawyer substitute and is now able to attend hearings in criminal trials involving offences which are punished with less severe penalties or offences for which direct indictment is provided for.

She speaks and understands English and has a reasonable knowledge of French and Spanish.

Marina Console is a PhD student at the University of Milan-Bicocca and is writing a thesis in labour law on gender equality and the recent law on gender equality certification.

She has been working with Alessandra Rovescalli since October 2024 and her area of expertise is labour law, with a particular interest in anti-discrimination law and equal opportunities in the workplace in large and small companies. She supports workers in both the pre-trial and trial phases.

She speaks English fluently.
